Wrapped asparagus with lemon mayonnaise
20 stems of asparagus
5 big slices of thin ham
200 milliliters of light mayonnaise
1 lemon peel
Lemon juice from ½ of lemon
Preparation: asparagus are boiled in boiling salty water for 3-8 minutes until soft and are strained. Ham slices are cut into 4 parts. Each asparagus is wrapped in the middle by ham. Mayonnaise is mixed with lemon peel and juice adding some peppers. Asparagus are consumed by soaking them into prepared lemon mayonnaise.
