Fresh green asparagus with lemon remoulade
1-2 bunches of fresh green asparagus
Ingredients for the sauce:
200 milliliters of lemon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of capers
50 milliliters of sweet cream (beaten)
Preparation: stem ends of asparagus are cut if necessary. Mayonnaise is mixed with capers, salt and sweet cream. The mixture is whisked so that the sauce is of soft consistency. Sour cream can be used instead of sweet cream, then the sauce will be more sour and thicker. The meal is consumed by soaking fresh asparagus into prepared lemon remoulade.
