Boiled green asparagus, medium thickness
Baguette or white bread
Cheddar or other cheese
Clove of garlic
Preparation: oven is heated up to 200 degrees. The bread is sprinkled with oil and rubbed with garlic. Asparagus are cut about the same length as bread. Toasts are made- the thick sliced cheese is topped over asparagus. Baked in oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts down and bread turns brown. Served with fresh s salads. Toasts can be enriched by bacon and sliced mushrooms.
